- Landlords Gas Safety Certificate (CP12) – Boiler & Hob only
- System Health Check – visual inspection of the heating system and flue integrity
- Copy of the landlord’s gas safety certificate.
Exclusions
- No gas appliance breakdown cover
- No heating system or component breakdown cover
- Call outs NOT included
Additional Appliances
- £15 per additional gas appliance (Fire, cooker, water heater etc.) Must be requested before service visit.
- Charged as a one-time fee, added to the following month’s invoice
- Monthly subscription remains £13 per month thereafter
